Sir Bernard Lovell Academy is seeking a committed and organised Exams and Careers Leader to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a central role in supporting students to succeed in examinations and to prepare confidently for their next steps beyond school. You will be part of a supportive and ambitious community, working alongside colleagues who value collaboration, professionalism and strong relationships.
This is an established and well‑supported role, combining responsibility for the smooth and compliant delivery of examinations with the coordination of careers education, employer engagement and work experience. The post is supported by experienced administrative colleagues and we welcome applications from candidates interested in the full role. We would also be keen to hear from people who may be interested in either exams or the careers part of the role. This could be considered following further discussion and agreement regarding hours and salary.
