About the Role

Exam Invigilators play a key role in ensuring exams run smoothly and in line with official regulations. You’ll help maintain a calm, fair, and secure environment where students can perform at their best.

This role is ideal if you:

• ✔ Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

  
  

• ✔ Have experience working in schools or with young people (desirable)

  
  

• ✔ Are punctual, reliable, and professional

  
  

• ✔ Can confidently follow exam procedures and regulations

  
  

• ✔ Want flexible, term-time work that fits around other commitments

  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing exam rooms and checking seating plans

    
    

  • Distributing and collecting exam papers

    
    

  • Supervising students during exams in accordance with JCQ regulations

    
    

  • Ensuring a quiet, safe, and fair testing environment

    
    

  • Reporting any irregularities appropriately
