Press Brake Setter – Rotating Shift

£14.88–£16.50 per hour (including 22% shift allowance, depending on experience)
39 hours/week – Rotating shift pattern:

• Week 1: Mon–Thu 6am–2pm & Fri 6am–1pm

  
  

• Week 2: Mon–Thu 2pm–10pm & Fri 1pm–8pm

  
  

  Workforce Manufacturing are currently working with a fast-growing manufacturing company in Birmingham, seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter. If you have experience setting and operating press brakes and ancillary equipment, and pride yourself on quality and efficiency, this could be the role for you!

  What you’ll do:

  • Set and operate press brakes and ancillary machinery

    
    

  • Produce high-quality parts at the correct rate

    
    

  • Maintain production and quality records

    
    

  • Keep your work area tidy and maintain strong 5S standards

    
    

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

    
    

  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures

    
    

  • Perform other duties as assigned
