Summary

Cold Rolling Mill Setter / Operator – West Bromwich

Pay: £13.00 per hour + 22–25% shift allowance
⏰ Hours: 39 per week | 3-week rotating shift pattern

Shift Pattern

• Week 1: Mon–Thu 06:00–14:00 | Fri 06:00–13:00

  
  

• Week 2: Mon–Thu 14:00–22:00 | Fri 13:00–20:00

  
  

• Week 3: Sun–Wed 22:00–06:00 | Thu 22:00–05:00

  Are you a skilled Rolling Mill Setter / Operator looking to join a growing, dynamic manufacturing team?
  You’ll be at the heart of production, setting and operating roll-forming equipment, presses, and machinery to deliver high-quality components safely and efficiently.

  ✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate roll-forming machines, presses & ancillary equipment

    
    

  • Produce components to spec and achieve production targets

    
    

  • Conduct quality checks and report issues promptly

    
    

  • Keep accurate production & quality records

    
    

  • Maintain excellent housekeeping & 5S standards

    
    

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency

    
    

  • Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

    
    Key Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Mill Setter/Operator or in a similar manufacturing environment

      
      

    • Strong knowledge of roll-forming & production processes

      
      

    • Able to work independently and as part of a team

      
      

    • Positive, proactive approach to achieving production goals

      
      

    • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern, including nights
