SEN Teacher - Secondary SEN School
Location: Bolton
Role Type: Long-term position
Hours: Monday - Friday, Full-time
Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a secondary SEN school in Bolton. This is a long-term opportunity working with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and associated communication needs.

This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping pupils reach their full potential in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with SEN

Support students with additional learning and communication needs within a structured classroom environment

Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and the wider support team

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Have experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs

Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

Requirements
