Summary

SEN Teaching Assistant

Role Overview

The SEN Teaching Assistant will support students aged 11-19 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them access a broad, inclusive, and balanced curriculum. Working closely with teaching staff and the SENCO, you will provide tailored academic, emotional, behavioural, and social support to enable students to achieve their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH needs, learning difficulties, and physical needs
