Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £12.85 per hour (Rising to £13.45 per hour 01/04/2026) (Pay award pending)

About the Role
We are recruiting Support Workers to join our Physical & Complex Care Supported Living Service. You will support adults with complex physical needs, Palliative end of life care and Dementia, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.
You will work within a skilled, supportive team providing compassionate, structured support every day, including:
Intimate personal care
Moving & assisting (safe equipment use)
Palliative and End of life care
Medication administration
Supporting meaningful, independent living
Key Responsibilities
Deliver respectful, person-centred care
Support Palliative end of life care and dementia-related needs
Carry out safe moving & assisting
Assist with appointments, meals, domestic tasks, and money management
Promote wellbeing, independence, and positive routines
Follow care plans, policies, and health & safety requirements
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Enhanced DBS & Right to Work in the UK
Desirable
Experience in complex care
NVQ Level 2/3 or Care Certificate
