About the Role
Due to the needs of the customers within the service, we are recruiting Female Support Workers to join our Physical & Complex Care Supported Living Service in New Herrington. You will support adults with complex physical needs, PEG nutritional support and dementia, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.

You will work within a skilled, supportive team providing compassionate, structured support every day, including:
Intimate personal care
Moving & assisting (safe equipment use)
PEG support
Dementia care
Medication administration
Supporting meaningful, independent living Key Responsibilities
Deliver respectful, person-centred care
Support PEG feeding and dementia-related needs
Carry out safe moving & handling
Assist with appointments, meals, domestic tasks, and money management
Promote wellbeing, independence, and positive routines
Follow care plans, policies, and health & safety requirements
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

Essential Requirements
Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under Equality Act 2010)
Calm, patient, respectful approach
Willingness to complete training (PEG, Dementia care and moving & handling, etc.)
Able to follow procedures and work safely
Reliable, professional, and confidential
Enhanced DBS & Right to Work in the UK
Desirable
Experience in complex care
NVQ Level 2/3 or Care Certificate
