The HR Consultancy Franchise Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting HR consultancy franchise partners. The role focuses on expanding the franchise network, ensuring operational excellence, and helping franchise partners grow their HR consulting services in their respective regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Development
Identify and recruit new HR consultancy franchise partners.
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees.
Support franchise onboarding and setup processes.
2. Partner Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with franchise partners.
Provide ongoing guidance and support for franchise operations.
Monitor franchise performance and growth.
3. Business Growth
Develop strategies to expand HR consultancy services.
Assist franchise partners in client acquisition and retention.
Identify new market opportunities for HR services.
4. Training & Support
Provide training on HR consulting practices, compliance, and service delivery.
Ensure franchisees follow company policies and service standards.
Support partners with marketing and business development strategies.
5. Operations & Compliance
Ensure all franchise partners operate according to HR regulations and company guidelines.
Monitor service quality and client satisfaction.
Prepare performance reports and business analysis.
6. Marketing & Brand Development
Promote the HR consultancy brand through networking and partnerships.
Support franchisees with local marketing initiatives.
Coordinate campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR consultancy, franchise management, or business development.
Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
