Crynodeb
Utilise relevant Trust IT systems, as determined by the role, ensure all relevant patient data is collected and input accurately in line with Trust guidelines. These systems will include ESR, excel and TEAMS Assist with training new team members in Trust operational systems and department procedures. Responsible for overseeing stationery ordering and other equipment whilst monitoring and maintaining stock levels. Prioritise daily tasks to achieve timescales set Provide appropriate cover in the absence of other members of the team Ensuring relevant information is captured for overseas/private patients Responsible for the NHS 111 referral inbox. Ensuring the at the inbox is monitored regularly throughout the day.
