Summary
At Ernesford Grange Community Academy, we are looking for a candidate to support with Reception/Admin support. The role is based in our main office and the successful candidate will be supporting our receptionists and working with other members or our friendly administrative team.
Job overview
You’ll be responsible for providing an effective and efficient reception service as well as general administrative duties or tasks directed by the Operations Manager.
Job requirements
NVQ or equivalent in Customer Care, Business Administration or a related field, or willingness to undertake relevant training
Ability to manage enquiries, screen calls and resolve issues where appropriate
Experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, adaptability and flexibility
To build positive relationships with children and young people
