An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer - Purchasing & Procurement to join our Finance team reporting to the Senior Finance Officer. The Finance Officer – Purchasing & Procurement plays a key role in team and business success. The successful candidate will support the effective & efficient running of the finance function ensuring uninterrupted continuity of resources and services for the group. As a Finance Officer – Purchasing and Procurement with Etc. you will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional expenditure management service to students and staff, in accordance with financial regulations, policies and procedures.
A professional accountancy qualification (or working towards) is essential. Experience in working within a Further Education, training or Public Sector organisation is desirable.
