Are you an experienced finance professional looking to join a purpose-driven organisation?
We are working exclusively with this client to assist them in recruiting a Finance Technician to join their collaborative and values-led Finance Team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As a Finance Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the established and close knit Finance team. You'll handle a variety of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and payments on the Purchase Ledger.
- Manage Direct Debit collections
- Reconcile accounts
- Handle queries
- Data input
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have experience of working on a busy Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger or indeed a similarly busy Sales Ledger.
You will be used to working with financial data, using a finance system such as Sage, Xero, SAP or Oracle, in order to process invoices, handle & resolve invoice queries and credit control.
Essentially, you will be able to start by Monday 3rd November.
