Red House Academy areseeking an inspiring and innovative leader to join our Academy asSecond in Department for Maths. This is a pivotal role for a dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact on student outcomes and shape the future of numeracy across the curriculum

As Second in Department, you will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Department to provide a bold vision for the subject. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding learning and teaching, developing and delivering an innovative curriculum, and maintaining high standards of attainment and student behaviour.You will be part of a forward-thinking Trust that values professional development and collaboration across its academies. We offer a supportive environment where you can truly lead curriculum innovation and make a difference in the lives of our students.
