About You: Are you an experienced clinician with a passion for delivering specialist palliative care? Are you an effective communicator, with substantial post-registration experience, with expertise in Palliative Care? Do you bring confidence, resilience and a compassionate approach? We are seeking apassionate leader with sound knowledge of end of life care with confidence in care planning and individual assessments. If you have computer literacy and experience teaching and developing others we would love to hear from you!
