About You: Are you an experienced clinician with a passion for delivering specialist palliative care? Are you an effective communicator, with substantial post-registration experience, with expertise in Palliative Care? Do you bring confidence, resilience and a compassionate approach? We are seeking apassionate leader with sound knowledge of end of life care with confidence in care planning and individual assessments.
