With a rich history dating back to 1923, Cavanna Homes is the South West’s largest independent house builder. We are family-owned and construct beautiful new homes that customers love.

We are now looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team in Torquay for a 12-month fixed-term contract on a part-time basis, working 25 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will support new homeowners with their enquiries and manage any issues they are experiencing with their properties.

Handling enquiries via phone and email, you will provide a professional and responsive service, record incoming correspondence, assess reported issues and provide clear guidance on the next steps to resolve them.

Working closely with internal teams and sub-contractors, you will help co-ordinate maintenance and repair works while ensuring customers remain informed throughout the process.

Additionally, you will:

- Attend site meetings to represent and advocate for our customers
- Liaise with Customer Service Operatives to help maximise their time addressing customer needs

Who we are looking for

To join us as our Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload methodically
- The ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
