Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our established client in Paignton.

Location - Easily accessible via local bus routes

Job Type: Ongoing temporary work.

Shift Pattern:

  • Friday 8-4, Saturday and Sunday 9-5
  • Friday 10-6, Saturday and Sunday 9-5
About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering first-class support to customers, both over the phone and through administrative tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for queries, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Handling general administrative duties and data entry
  • Updating customer records accurately
  • Providing product or service information and resolving issues promptly
  • Working as part of a collaborative team to ensure excellent service delivery
