We’re on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator to support our two Regional Sales Managers and our Regional Director of Sales across a portfolio of five fantastic hotels.
You’ll be the heartbeat of the sales engine—organising, coordinating, qualifying leads, and ensuring every potential client gets the exceptional first impression they deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities across designated markets.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and fit.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate, current information.
- Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Generate prospect lists for targeted outreach campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Prepare reports and insights on lead quality, pipeline health, and market opportunities.
