Summary

We’re looking for an organised, relationship-driven Sales Office Coordinator to help drive event revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our hotel.

Working closely with the Conference & Banqueting Manager, you’ll play a key role in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly from first contact to final detail.

About the Role

As our Sales Office Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of driving revenue and delivering outstanding service. You’ll promote the hotel’s facilities, respond to enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your processes, manage the detail and support the delivery of exceptional events that positively impact guest satisfaction and hotel performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the hotel’s meeting, events and wedding facilities and converting enquiries into bookings.
  • Managing the sales process with precision, ensuring every booking is handled seamlessly and professionally.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with guests, clients and VIPs.
  • Ensuring every guest experiences a safe, clean and welcoming environment that exceeds expectations.
  • Supporting the delivery of events that positively impact the hotel’s budget and KPI achievement.
  • Working collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth handovers and flawless event delivery.

About You

You might come from hospitality, retail, events or another customer-focused environment - what matters most is your passion for service and your drive to deliver results.
