We have a great opportunity for an experienced Final Assembly Operative for the Aerospace Industry near Uxbridge UB9. The role will include assembling and inspect precision mechanical components such as seat pans, main beams, and survival kits, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
It would be to your advantage if you have your own transport due to the factory’s location. Unfortunately we do not offer sponsorship.
What we offer:
Up to £35600 per annum plus opportunity of earning overtime
Mon to Friday between 8am to 5pm , early finish on Friday at 12 midday
Highly competitive 9% non-contributory pension scheme.
4x salary Life Assurance (18+).
Life assurance 4 x salary.
25 days annual leave per year (FTE), plus statutory bank holidays.
Ability to purchase up to one week of additional annual leave (following probation period).

Key Responsibilities for a Final Assembly Operative:
Assemble complex components using drawings and hand tools
Must have a stable career history
Conduct inspections and certify assemblies
Record progress and component movement using SAP
Maintain tools and work areas to high standards
Follow strict safety, FOD, and ESD protocols
Requirements for the Final Assembly Operative
Ability to read engineering drawings
Skilled with hand tools and general IT systems
GCSEs 3–7 (or equivalent)
SAP, Microsoft Office, or ESD awareness is desirable
Basic IT skills
Excellent communication skills
Can demonstrate use of basic hand tools.
Has worked in a manufacturing environment or other precision manufacturing experience.
