We are currently recruiting for a Part Mark & Pack Operative to join a busy and well-established Assembly Manufacturing team in Denham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with production, packing, or light engineering experience who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and quality. Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career within a structured aerospace manufacturing environment.
The Role
As a Part Mark & Pack Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring that components are correctly identified, protected, and prepared for dispatch in line with strict quality and traceability standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Marking components and assemblies using ink marking and laser engraving
Packing and preparing parts for dispatch in line with company procedures
Ensuring correct labelling, documentation, and full traceability
Reading and interpreting assembly drawings, route cards, and work instructions
Obtaining and applying serial numbers where required
Carrying out self-inspection and quality checks (stamping where authorised)
Completing SAP transactions relevant to the department
Handling components carefully to prevent damage
Maintaining tools, equipment, and high housekeeping standards
Following all Health & Safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is detail-focused, reliable, and motivated to work within a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
Key requirements:
Previous experience in production, packing, or manufacturing
Basic understanding of engineering drawings
Awareness of Health & Safety procedures
Basic computer skills (SAP experience desirable but not essential)
Methodical and accuracy-driven approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience within aerospace or precision engineering environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
