Admissions & Reception Officer – 29.6 hours per week (4 days) Tuesday – Friday, 830am – 5pm 42 weeks per year. Based in Ashford,
with some possible cover in Weybridge, Surrey. Salary: £25,069.79 (BRK20) FTE – actual (£18,937.33)

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Admissions Officer to join our thriving Further Education college. This is a fantastic
opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people and adults in our community.

About the role:




As an Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing exceptional customer service
and guidance throughout the application process.

Your role will involve:

* Processing applications and making offers
* Greet visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
* Providing comprehensive information on courses, funding, and entry requirements
* Liaise with other departments within the college to ensure a smooth transition for new students
* Ensuring compliance with government funding regulations
* Contributing to recruitment and marketing activities




To fulfil the role of Admissions Officer you will have:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisation ability
* A passion for education
* Genuine interest in helping others
* Experience in FE sector a distinct advantage, but not essential
