Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.
This is a key role responsible for managing administrative processes, supporting HR and finance functions, and coordinating internal operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial administration experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support administrative staff to maintain high performance
Manage office operations, supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
Oversee financial administration using QuickBooks (invoicing, expenses, budgeting support)
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and company events
Handle correspondence, documentation, and reporting for senior management
Maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Implement and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in office management or senior administrative roles
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience supporting HR processes and compliance
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
