Crynodeb
Participate in the care of the HIV positive client. Provide support to the senior nursing and medical team in the on-going care and monitoring of the positive client. Support the HIV Specialist Pharmacist adherence clinic as required Support community clinical, educational and professional outreach. .Assess, and refer clients for termination of pregnancy. undertake vaccination/immunisation as required. Document consultations and investigations clearly and accurately and follow up results. Undertake additional training if required
