About the Role
DUTY MANAGER - CAFE LOCAL, PLYMOUTH STATION
Pay Rate: £13.11 per hour.
We have Part time (20 hrs) roles available.
Hours of operation are 6am to 9pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. Please be aware you will be required to work evenings and weekends to 9pm.

ABOUT YOU:
- Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Duty Manager role’s got your name on it.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and sell alcohol.
ABOUT THE DUTY MANAGER ROLE:
- Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
- Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
- Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
- Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
- Previous experience of leading a team within hospitality or retail is ideal.
- Previous experience of stock takes, stock ordering & invoices is preferred.
