As a Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our client's inclusive and nurturing educational environment. - Collaborate closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans that cater to each student's unique strengths and challenges.

- Facilitate the use of assistive technologies, specialised equipment, and other resources to enhance the learning experience for SEND students.
- Monitor and document student progress, communicating regularly with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Participate in the creation and delivery of engaging, multi-sensory lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning.
- Assist with behavioural management strategies, providing a calm and supportive presence to help students navigate social and emotional challenges.
- Contribute to the inclusive school community by participating in extracurricular activities, events, and professional development opportunities.

- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in supporting teaching and learning
- Experience working with SEND students, either in a school setting or a similar educational environment

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each student
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and specialised equipment used to support SEND students
