You’ll deliver a high-quality frontline service to survivors of all forms of modern slavery, including sexual exploitation, domestic servitude, forced labour, and other forms of trafficking.You’ll work with individuals at the highest levels of risk, providing practical and emotional support while ensuring their safety and well-being at every step.Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with a wide range of partners - the Home Office, police, NHS teams, local authorities, housing providers, and legal representatives - ensuring every person in our care receives the comprehensive and coordinated support they deserve.Who We’re Looking ForWe need someone who is:Motivated, dynamic, and resilientBrilliant with people and able to build trust quicklyDriven by positive outcomes, with a passion for championing client needsKnowledgeable about services that support vulnerable individualsFlexible and solution-focused, especially in challenging situationsExperience working within a supported accommodation environmentLevel 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent in a related field, or be willing to work towards itAn understanding of legislation relating to Health and Safety and the safeguarding of clients and staffAbility to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation ArmyConduct risk assessments, devise Person Centred Support Plans and facilitation methods to promote client engagement and successful outcomesCan deliver a client-focused service which undertakes holistic support needs, risk assessments and identifies appropriate supportGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to successfully work independently and within a teamYour role is vital to The Salvation Army’s commitment to helping survivors regain control, find hope, and build safe, fulfilling lives.Please note: Due to the project's confidentiality, the service-specific location will be disclosed to successful candidates only.To complete your application, please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.In the job profile you will find the criteria required for the role please make sure that you address this in your supporting statement as this forms the basis of our shortlisting.Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, a criminal record check an Enhanced with barred list Adult Workforce DBS Disclosure and evidence of your Right to Work in the UK in line with Home Office requirements.As we are not a licensed sponsor, applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
