Crynodeb
The Service Delivery Officer will play a key role in supporting the operational management and delivery of services commissioned and delivered through East Lancashire Alliance (ELA). Working closely with the Operations Manager, the post holder will provide operational oversight and coordination across multiple Alliance services, ensuring that services are delivered effectively, meet contractual and performance requirements, and operate in line with governance and regulatory standards. The Service Delivery Officer will work with service leads, clinical staff and operational teams across the Alliance to support service performance, workforce coordination, service improvement and operational delivery. The role will also contribute to service development, performance monitoring and the mobilisation of new services. The post holder will operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising judgement in managing operational issues and supporting the continuous improvement of services across ELA.
