In the community you will work with long term conditions such as diabetes and COPD, as well as working with colleagues in Home Enteral |Feeding and the Tier 3 Specialist Weight Management Mutli- Disciplinary Team. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience acute and community dietetic services within the same trust, develop skills and learn from experienced clinicians. We are committed to job planning and maintaining a safe caseload, we are active in student training and have strong clerical support in each team. (Ability to drive and access to a suitable vehicle is essential for community work) We are a very friendly and supportive team and would welcome an informal chat about the posts on offer!
