We have an exciting opportunity for an RN or ODPto join a supportive and welcoming team within theatres at Peterborough City Hospital on a fixed term basis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual to join the team within Trauma and Orthopaedics. Trauma and Orthopaedic experience essential.
We recruit staff who share our values and behaviours. We are committed to supporting ongoing professional development and provide a robust induction programme for all new starters within theatres. We strive to provide excellent standards of evidence based care.
This position would suit individuals who are keen to add to their existing theatre knowledge and skills, who have a commitment to developing and enhancing the quality of care provided in the perioperative environment.
To work within a diverse team who support each other to deliversafe and high quality care which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.
We are seeking a highly motivated team worker who is professional, has the ability to inspire others and embrace change. A flexible, can do attitude is essential.
There are 18 theatres in PCH providing a range of specialities, Emergencies, Trauma & Elective Orthopaedics, Paediatric surgery, colorectal & upper GI Surgery, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ENT, Maxillofacial, Urology, Breast, Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust’s redeployment process.
