About The Role
Hays Education is recruiting full-time SEN Teaching Assistants for a well‑established specialist SEND school in Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive setting where you will be working with pupils who have a range of needs including Autism, MLD/SLD, communication challenges, sensory needs and SEMH.You will be part of a dedicated team providing stability, structure and meaningful support throughout the school day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
  • Assisting pupils with communication, sensory needs and emotional regulation
  • Supporting personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets
  • Helping deliver creative, engaging and structured activities
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
  • Contributing to a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience ideal)
  • A calm, patient and nurturing approach
  • Ability to build strong and trusting relationships
  • Willingness to support personal care when required
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting SEND learners
