- Provide personalised support to students with a variety of learning needs, including physical, cognitive, and behavioural challenges
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to student support
- Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of each student
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to student progress and support provided
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs, Teaching, or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role supporting students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of students with special educational requirements
