Location: Rugby
Start Date: ASAP or after EasterHours: Full‑time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

We are working with a fantastic specialist setting that provides a supportive, nurturing environment for children with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. They are looking for caring, energetic, and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students on a 1:1 and small‑group basis
- Helping with classroom activities, sensory support, and structured routines
- Working alongside teachers and therapists to create positive learning experiences
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional well‑being
- Bringing patience, positivity, and creativity to every day
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in SEN, care, support work or a school environment
- A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Someone who can adapt, think on their feet, and celebrate the small wins
- Reliability and a passion for helping young people succeed
