We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the team on a temporary contract for up to 10 months, based at
NASUWT Headquarters.
This is a challenging role in which you will be responsible for supporting the Equality and Training team in delivering an
efficient administrative service, including:
• Processing, and when appropriate, responding to incoming communications including.
• Telephone enquiries, emails.
• Administrating meetings, including minute taking, and Equality and Training projects.
• Maintaining, researching and updating records.
You will need excellent verbal and written skills, along with proven experience of providing administrative support in a
professional office environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office including word processing and data inputting.
