Crynodeb
Office based role in the Education & Training team to provide full coordination and administration of a portfolio of training, including core skills training framework mandatory and regulatory training and other Trust Training.
Represent the Trust and Department in the organisation of Corporate Trust Events including clinical and non-clinical mandatory training and learning & development events.
· Work with and support subject matter experts to review and design face to face training sessions for new and existing staff which are interactive, engaging and enjoyable for attendees, are highly relevant and informative for attendees, meet all legislation, core skills training frameworks (CSTF) standards and local requirements. Achieve the key objectives and learning outcomes required and are kept up to date.
· Support the continued implementation and maintenance of ESR OLM/LMS to ensure the system is fit for purpose, meets the organisations needs and supports training compliance. This could include undertaking competency and course administration, for example.
· Proactively and professionally respond to learning and development related queries, redirecting as appropriate. This includes providing advice and guidance to staff in relation to e-learning and ESR OLM/LMS queries.
· Participate and contribute to other learning and development projects and initiatives, as required.
· Use the Finance system – Integra to raise purchase orders and allocate budgetary spend in relation to training events and resources.
· Contribute to the review, streamlining and improvement of learning and development processes and systems.
