Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Engagement Officer WCR 3 Base to enhance our customer service operations and engage with our clientele effectively. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate responses and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions and feedback while generating insights to inform strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction. You should demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving any challenges faced by customers, escalating issues when necessary, and providing follow-up to ensure their complete satisfaction. Essential to your success will be your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, maintaining professionalism at all times. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, document inquiries, and generate reports.
Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and coordinate solutions effectively.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality and operational efficiencies.
Implement customer engagement strategies to increase retention and satisfaction levels.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further concerns.Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service or customer engagement role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
A passion for customer service and a desire to continuously improve customer experiences.

Pay Per Hour: £22.86
