Are you looking for an office support, admin role, but want something a bit different? Do you want an opportunity to have bit more responsibility, more challenges and the odd surprise thrown in now and then to keep it interesting?

This is not your everyday admin role, and our client is certainly not your everyday office. You'll be supporting a team of Designers - a profession where silly ideas, mad plans and taking risks on bold ideas is not just tolerated but expected. They love challenges, problems, puzzles and solutions. When you join our client, you will become an important member of a motivated, talented, hardworking and lovely team of people who will welcome you with open arms.

What You'll Need to be successful:

- Super organised with great attention to detail.

- Friendly and approachable - great at chatting with people.

- Confident with numbers and admin tasks.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- A positive, can-do attitude and love for teamwork.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience using Xero for invoices.

- Worked in a creative or design studio before.

- Light touch PA experience.

- Knowledge of Streamtime or similar project management software.

- Mac user? Even better!
