Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes with consistency and quality.
Manage food preparation and kitchen operations effectively.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and cleanliness.
Control portioning, minimize food wastage, and manage inventory levels.
Monitor and comply with food safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Indian cooking.
Strong understanding of spices, cooking methods, and traditional recipes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
Knowledge of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Must have the right to work; no visa sponsorship provided.
