About the role

- Female Support Worker

- Part time - 22.5 hours per week.

- Littleport, Cambridgeshire.

- Full UK driving licence essential.

This is a home to two independent ladies in their 30s who live active and busy lives. Both ladies require verbal prompting, encouragement, and active support.

Life here is full of energy, the ladies love shopping trips, going out for dinner, pamper evenings, movie nights, swimming, arts and crafts, music groups, and Friday-night discos. They enjoy exploring new hobbies, so we need a Support Worker who is proactive, creative, and enthusiastic about supporting people to try new things.

Your role will include, providing full personal care, using Activate to help set goals, build skills, and promote independence, supporting with cooking and meal preparation, involving the ladies as much as possible, administering medication and record-keeping, partnership working, and following personalised support plans.

You will work within a 1 staff: 2 people supported model, ensuring you can provide truly person-centred support.

Shift Pattern is 7:00am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:00pm, Optional long days (7:00am-10:00pm), Sleep-ins: 1-2 per week and every other weekend.

A FULL UK manual driving licence is essential, as getting out and about is a major part of the ladies' lifestyle.

About You
