Purpose:

Brewing the world’s most loved beers and building brands consumers love, AB InBev is where ownership, ambition, and action thrive. Our portfolio of iconic brands includes global classics like Stella Artois, Budweiser, and Corona, and well-known favorites such as Camden Hells, Beck’s, and Leffe. We empower you to dream big, lead change, and create a long-lasting legacy. We value relentless problem-solvers who take accountability, embrace challenges, and turn bold goals into results through resilience and hard work.

That’s Who We Are: Come and OWN IT.

The Role:

Customer Service at PerfectDraft is evolving from a reactive support function into a strategic, product-led capability. This role exists to build that capability from the ground up.

As Senior Product Manager – Customer Experience & AI Automation, you will define and scale how PerfectDraft supports its customers across digital service, automation, and aftersales journeys. You will lead zero-to-one initiatives that combine customer experience, AI-driven automation, and service economics — with the ambition of making PerfectDraft famous for a service experience customers genuinely trust and recommend.

You’ll join a highly engaged, fast-moving team of builders who care deeply about the product and enjoy solving complex problems together.

Build scalable, product-led service experiences across customer support and aftersales

Lead AI-powered automation initiatives (e.g. self-service, intelligent routing, agent assist) in partnership with Tech and Data teams

Own the end-to-end aftersales journey for PerfectDraft machines, including diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and recovery

Shape investment decisions across automation, repairs, and replacements to balance customer experience with sustainable cost-to-serve

Partner closely with Operations, Machine Product, Tech, and Data teams to address root causes and scale solutions across markets

Who We’re Looking For:

5+ years of product management experience, ideally across customer experience, customer service and/or post-sales journeys

Strong experience working with software teams, integrations, and complex workflows

Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with meaningful business impact

Data-driven mindset with experience defining and using service performance metrics

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with Customer Service platforms, automation, or AI-enabled tooling

Background in DTC, FMCG, or hardware-enabled services
