What exactly will you be doing?
As our Senior Marketing Manager (Digital Channels & Customer Experience), you will set the strategic direction for AAT’s digital marketing ecosystem and customer experience roadmap. You will lead a team of digital and CX specialists, ensuring our platforms, tools and journeys deliver meaningful engagement and support the growth of our community, products and services.
You will oversee AAT’s digital estate, ensuring it is scalable, consistent and aligned to organisational priorities, while driving innovation through MarTech optimisation, AI-enabled capability, performance marketing and insight-led decision-making.
Working in close partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager for Go-To-Market (GTM), you will ensure that all digital and CX activity is integrated, insight-driven and optimised. Together, you will shape campaigns and experiences that deliver acquisition, retention and long-term value.
As part of AATs wider leadership team, you will also play a key role in portfolio-wide planning, senior stakeholder engagement and the delivery of AAT’s strategic objectives.
Major objectives
Your major objectives will include:
Develop and deliver AAT’s digital marketing strategy across all channels to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
Lead and optimise AAT’s digital estate and MarTech ecosystem to ensure consistency, scalability and strong performance.
Shape and embed customer experience strategies that improve satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.
Build, manage and develop a high‑performing digital marketing and CX team.
Drive performance marketing and automation using insight, data and AI‑enabled tools to maximise ROI.
Collaborate closely with GTM and cross‑functional teams to ensure integrated marketing plans and cohesive customer journeys.
Oversee budgets, KPI frameworks and digital/CX performance to inform decision‑making and ensure targets are met.
What are we looking for?
Proven success leading cross functional specialist teams.
Strong experience in digital marketing strategy, performance optimisation and multi-channel execution.
Strong experience with MarTech, CRM and marketing automation, using data and insight to drive decisions.
Experience in performance marketing, funnel optimisation and delivering measurable ROI/ROMI.
Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at senior levels.
Excellent analytical, communication and strategic planning skills.
A proactive, innovative and commercially minded approach, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
