ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a meticulous and motivated Data Migration Administrator to support our People Compliance Team as we transition key Right to Work records from legacy systems into our new platform.

In this vital role, you’ll ensure that employee documentation is accurate, complete and compliant, helping us maintain robust standards across our organisation. You’ll be responsible for reviewing, validating and transferring essential Right to Work data, reporting inconsistencies, and contributing to the smooth running of our compliance processes.

Your work will directly support a safe, legal and well‑managed environment for our colleagues, always upholding confidentiality, precision and professionalism.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong administrative skills, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to work with sensitive data accurately and responsibly.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous administrative experience
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
  • Have good knowledge of Right to Work legislation
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times when working with sensitive employee information (essential)
  • Bring a supportive, respectful and accountable approach to teamwork (Avery Values)
