Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Cullompton site. In this role, you will be using systems and scanners to receive and locate goods, pick and dispatch these goods, as well as general housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate, pick, and dispatch goods using warehouse systems, ensuring all items are handled with care.
- Replenish stock and consolidate inventory as required to support efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean, organised warehouse environment and ensure all equipment is used and stored correctly.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in line with warehouse procedures, reporting any defects or issues promptly.
Required Experience:
- Be able to work in a Multi temperature (chilled and ambient) environment.
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
