You will be able to find a full Job description and Person Specification attached within the supporting documents or please click Apply now to view in Trac Undertake both routine and specialist analysis, laboratory procedures and perform duties commensurate with the trainingand qualifications of an experienced HCPC Registered Specialist Biomedical Scientist. Work autonomously in the areas previously described. Have supervisory responsibility for less experienced scientific and technical staff, and for laboratory support staff. Be required to deputise for more senior staff during short term absences. Annex 21 may be considered for any suitable qualified Band 5 staff who have not yet gained IBMS Specialist Diploma.
