Summary
Perform venepuncture safely and competently for patients as required Ensure accurate labelling, handling and storage of specimens Use clinical IT systems to record activity and process requests Maintain clinical equipment and stock levels Adhere to infection prevention and control policies Follow practice protocols, policies and health & safety guidance Provide a professional, caring and reassuring service to patients Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
