Senior Customer Service Advisor needed in Cambridge Paying £18.26 per hr ref 5290022
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Handling complex enquiries related to Council Tax, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Benefit.
- Providing guidance and support to Customer Service Advisors, acting as the first point of escalation.
- Delivering high‑quality, accurate information to customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and face‑to‑face.
- Using the Northgate SX3 system daily to process cases, check customer records, update information, and investigate issues.
- Supporting training and mentoring of new staff.
- Ensuring service standards, performance targets, and compliance requirements are met.
- Managing sensitive and confidential information in line with legislation and policy.
- Assisting with service improvements and contributing to team development.
