What You'll Be Doing:
• Driving a whole-school inclusion vision across KS3 and KS4
• Line-managing and inspiring the SEND and pastoral teams
• Identifying gaps in provision – crafting high-impact interventions
• Leading on EHCPs, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Modelling best practice and delivering staff-wide CPD on inclusion
• Partnering with parents, external agencies, and governors for best outcomes
