Summary
The Role
The Levels School is an independent specialist day school offering high quality education and exemplary pastoral care to students with a range of complex, specific learning differences that may include speech, language, and communication needs. Our teaching and learning provision would also meet the needs of individuals presenting with a similar learning profile to those with dyslexia and other Speech and Language Communication difficulties. As a result, many of our students have a range of complex, specific learning, social communication and emotional difficulties.
We are seeking to appoint a hard-working, enthusiastic Passenger Assist to work in our thriving co-educational independent specialist day school providing student assistance during our home-school transport to our Etonhurst site. We have positions available for am and/or pm Passenger Assists.
Main Responsibilities The successful candidate will be required to mainly support the students and drivers while transporting our students from designated pick up to points to school in the morning and return them at the end of the school day. Candidates should be able to work well with others as an integral part of The Levels School team to assist a seamless operation of our transport needs whilst being confident in their own abilities to be able to work unsupervised when required. Working hours: 2 – 3 hours in the morning and afternoon.
