Contract: This is a fixed term role running from April to September. There may be opportunities for continued employment after
this period should vacancies arise.

Are you approachable, helpful, and keen to provide excellent service in a thriving café setting? Moorland Kitchen is seeking
enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Assistants to join our welcoming team. We are offering flexible shifts for up to 30
hours per week, perfect for those looking to work part-time in a vibrant environment.


ABOUT THE ROLE

* Greet and serve customers at Moorland Kitchen, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued
* Take customer orders and handle payments efficiently and accurately
* Share your knowledge of our menu, suggesting options and highlighting local specialities
* Maintain tidiness in customer and service areas, restocking supplies and supporting the team with cleaning duties
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times, with full training provided
* Work closely with your colleagues to deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest






SHIFT INFORMATION & FLEXIBILITY

* Flexible shifts available across mornings, afternoons, and weekends
* Up to 30 hours per week, with the possibility to pick up extra shifts
* Weekend and bank holiday availability is essential
* Reliable transport or ability to travel to Moorland Kitchen is essential for early or late shifts






WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Previous customer service or hospitality experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most
important
* Able to stay calm and friendly during busy periods
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
* Dependable team members who are punctual and reliable
